        Minimum 12 (Twelve) years of Post-Qualification Executive experience (including GET/MT/ET experience) of working in Contract & Procurement / Materials / Stores & Purchase Department in Government Organisations /PSUs/ Joint Ventures of PSEs / Private Organizations (as an employee of that organisation). ·         Out of 12 years of experience: (i) candidates having experience in Govt./PSUs/JVs of PSEs should have worked for a minimum of two years in one level below pay scale in IDA/CDA as on the cut-off date OR (ii)  Candidates working in Private Organisations (as an employee of that organisation) or in any Government/PSUs/JV of PSEs, whose pay scales do not match with TFL, should be drawing a minimum annual CTC of Rs. 16.00 lakhs (excluding medical benefits) as on the cut-off date. ·         In Cases where the current or latest organisation of the candidate is private, the same should be a Large private organisation with minimum turnover of 250 crores in any of the last three financial years, as on cut-off date. Out of total experience the organisation where the candidate has worked in last 03 years will be considered for turnover certificate.Experience in SAP System, GEM Portal and candidates working in leadership role overseeing all aspects of Contract & Procurement function of project dept preferably in Government organisations / PSUs / Coal Gasification units or Fertilizer plants will be given preference.
